Program Management Remote — Central America / Mexico· 1099 Contractor

Marketial is building a next-generation government contracting company, and we're looking for a highly adaptable generalist who enjoys solving problems, researching opportunities, and building systems from the ground up.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You'll help identify and qualify federal, state, and commercial contract opportunities, organize information, coordinate internal projects, and improve the processes that keep our business moving forward.

You'll spend much of your day researching government procurement portals, evaluating bid opportunities against our capabilities, organizing findings, and helping develop repeatable workflows that allow our team to pursue the right opportunities efficiently.

If you're energized by variety, enjoy figuring things out, and are comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities change as the business grows, you'll fit in well here.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Naturally curious and enjoys learning new industries.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and changing priorities.
  • Able to think independently and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, online research, and modern productivity tools.
  • Comfortable documenting and improving workflows.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Research federal, state, and commercial contracting opportunities.
  • Review solicitations and determine whether they match Marketial's services and qualifications.
  • Score opportunities against established bid criteria.
  • Organize findings and prepare summaries for leadership.
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal project activities.
  • Maintain opportunity trackers, project documentation, and reporting.
  • Build and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct online research to support new business initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative and project coordination tasks across multiple departments.
  • Take ownership of problems and help develop scalable solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

Ideal Candidate

You're the type of person who enjoys figuring things out before anyone asks.

You don't become overwhelmed when priorities shift—you adapt quickly and keep moving.

You enjoy creating order from chaos and aren't afraid to help build processes that don't exist yet.

You're just as comfortable researching a government solicitation as you are organizing a project tracker, coordinating with vendors, or documenting a new workflow.

Most importantly, you're a dependable generalist who enjoys helping a growing company solve new challenges every day.
